Areas of Interest: Teaches Basic Concepts of Music Theory at the School of Music, and non-credit outreach courses in music theory and composition; Arranges and performs adult chorale repertoire with young children; Created and teaches Literally Arts, a preschool program that combines children’s books with art, music, and movement activities; Creator, teacher, and participant of the UW-TEaCH program, which includes two intro-to-teaching programs, one for faculty and one for graduate students, and a chat, learn and share space where undergraduates can share their ideas about teaching with instructors on campus.
