Arts Agôn: October 2018 Arts Research Forum

FreeArts researchers will share their work with each other and with campus colleagues, creating connections and encouraging dialogue. Presenters include:
– Liz Anna Kozik, 2017 David and Edith Sinaiko Frank Award winner, will share her work on the history and practices of prairie restoration expressed through comics
– Catarina Martins and Catarina Almeida will discuss the Research Laboratory in Arts Education is a space of experimental research in different educational contexts in which the artistic and the educational are confronted
– Cristina Mendanha and Catarina Almeida will share information about Project GUELRA, which aims to explore new modes of artistic creation, involving digital technologies and alternative modes of writing for performance, through practice-as-research methodologies.
